My Role
As a member of the design team, I contributed to planning the overall structure and layout of the installation, helping define the themes and interactive logic for each zone. I organized multiple rounds of playtesting, gathered user feedback, and iterated on the flow and interaction design. I also participated in material research and testing, selecting and evaluating materials based on each area’s theme. In addition, I collaborated across departments to support the engineering and art teams in the physical construction of the installation, including sound integration and structural assembly.

Game setup
This is a sensory-based installation that invites players into a mysterious world. Players are blindfolded and placed in a cave-like environment, where they must rely entirely on touch to explore their surroundings. Taking the role as a brave explorer, players will navigate by instinct and touch to discover a fantastical creature no one has ever seen.
Design Promotion
The installation is divided into four distinct sections, progressing from hard to soft textures to symbolize a journey from reality into a fantastical world. As players move through each zone, immersive sound cues shift to reflect their environment, subtly guiding and situating them within the space. The tactile design invites players to fully engage their senses—crawling through tight spaces, feeling squeezed between walls, or suddenly entering wide, open areas.
